Acceptance of Terms

By placing an order on Green Silk Products, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before ordering. If you do not agree, please do not place an order.

Payment Terms (Cash on Delivery)

All orders are fulfilled on a Cash on Delivery (COD) basis:

• Payment is collected by the courier at the time of delivery.
• Please have the exact amount ready — our couriers may not carry change.
• If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, the courier will attempt re-delivery once. After that, the order may be returned to us.
• Repeated refusals to accept delivery may result in your account being restricted from future COD orders.

Delivery Timeframes

We aim to deliver all orders within 3–5 business days across Pakistan. Delivery times may vary based on:

• Your city or area (remote areas may take longer).
• Public holidays and peak seasons.
• Courier delays outside our control.

You will receive a WhatsApp notification with a tracking number once your order is dispatched.

Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order before it is dispatched by contacting us on WhatsApp with your Order ID. Once the order has been handed to the courier, cancellation is no longer possible — but you may refuse delivery.

We reserve the right to cancel any order that appears fraudulent, contains incorrect information, or cannot be fulfilled due to stock issues. If we cancel your order, you will be notified immediately.

Product Information

We make every effort to display accurate product information, descriptions, and images. However, slight variations in colour or packaging may occur. Our products are natural herbal items — they are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Please consult a healthcare professional before use if you have any medical conditions.

Limitation of Liability

Green Silk Products is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products. Our maximum liability is limited to the purchase price of the item in question.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Pakistan.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page will be updated accordingly. Continued use of our website after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
