• Arranging delivery through our logistics partner.
• Sending order status updates via WhatsApp or SMS.
• Resolving any order issues or returns.

WhatsApp & Phone Communication

Your phone number may be used to send you order confirmation and delivery updates on WhatsApp. We will not add you to broadcast lists or send promotional messages without your permission.

Data Storage

Your order data is securely stored using Supabase — a trusted cloud database service. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Supabase acts as our data processor and does not have access to your information for any other purpose.

Data Retention

We retain order records for up to 2 years for customer service and legal compliance purposes. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.

You have the right to:

• Request a copy of the information we hold about you.
• Request correction of inaccurate information.
• Request deletion of your data.
